When was the last time you did something for you?

Sometimes we are so busy doing things for everyone else we forget about what WE need or what WE like.


Try this 


Every morning before, BEFORE you get out of bed, take 2-5 minutes reflecting on what you are grateful and thankful for.

it may be having a job, having a roof over your head Family etc.



In you your mind make a mental list of at least 5 things or write them down.

Each morning they need to be different things.

After all we are as busy as we make ourselves to be!
